Terms and conditions

The seller is the sole trader Andrii Yevheniiovych Pavlov, trading as Secr*t Education. The customer is any person with legal capacity who has paid for a service on this site.

Payment constitutes acceptance of this offer and has the force of a signed contract (Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). The contract runs from the moment of payment until the service has been delivered in full.

The relationship is governed by the Civil Code of Ukraine and by the Ukrainian laws On Electronic Commerce and On Consumer Rights Protection.

Access to online educational events — live talks and lectures — and, as the platform grows, to video courses and their materials.

This is a digital service. No physical goods are sold, posted or delivered.

All prices are shown on the Services and prices page in Ukrainian hryvnia (₴) and include every applicable tax and levy. The seller is not registered for VAT.

Some events carry an open price: the customer chooses the amount, at or above the announced minimum. The amount paid is the price of the service under this contract.

The price is fixed at the moment of payment. Any later change to a price on the site does not affect orders already paid for.

To order, fill in the registration form on the event's page and give a working email address — that is where access is sent.

Payment methods: Visa and Mastercard payment cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Settlement is in Ukrainian hryvnia only.

The payment is processed by the acquiring bank on its own secure page under the PCI DSS standard. The seller never receives, processes or stores your card details.

An order is placed once the payment has been authorised successfully. Confirmation is emailed to you.

The link to the broadcast is emailed to the address you gave within one hour of payment — or immediately, if less than an hour remains before the event.

The event takes place on the date and at the time announced on its page. Times are Kyiv time (GMT+3).

The service is considered delivered in full at the moment the broadcast ends.

If the email has not arrived, check your spam folder and write to us — we will send the access again.

The seller may move an event, giving customers notice by email no later than 24 hours before the start. Section 06 then applies.

To request a refund, write to our email address from the address you ordered with, giving the date and the amount of the payment. We answer within one working day.

A full refund is given if the request arrives before the event starts.

If an event is cancelled or moved, the customer chooses: a full refund, or the same access on the new date.

Once the broadcast has ended there is no refund — the service has been delivered in full. This does not apply where the service was not delivered through the seller's fault.

Refunds go back to the card the payment was made with, within 1–3 banking days of the request being approved. How long the money then takes to appear is up to the issuing bank and, under its rules, can be as long as 30 days.

Everything shown at an event — text, slides, images, video — belongs to the seller and is protected by law.

Access is granted to one person for personal, non-commercial use. Recording, rebroadcasting, publishing and passing access to anyone else are not allowed.

We collect only what we cannot deliver the service without: an email address and, where needed, a name.

It is used to give you access, to confirm payment and to reach you about the event. We do not sell it and do not pass it to anyone else, other than the payment service — and then only as far as processing the payment requires.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to our email address.

The seller is not responsible for the quality of the customer's internet connection or for how their equipment works.

Neither party is liable for failing to perform because of force majeure, including hostilities, power outages and decisions of the authorities.
